나는 흙과 철망을 결합시킨 제작방법으로 표현하고 있다. 나의 표현은 유기적인 흙이 무기적인 철망을 통과하는 순간에 생기는 흙의 표정을 살린 것이다. 철망의 형태를 통해 나온 흙의 표정은 생명체의 이미지를 가지고 있다. 내가 표현하고 싶은 생명체의 이미지는 시각적인 것뿐만 아니라 촉감적인 면도 포함되어 보다 다양한 해석이 가능하다. 작품을 통해 관람자가 "생명"의 대한 소중함을 다시한번 생각해 보는 계기가 되었으면 한다.

I have portrayed a technique of infusing clay and wire netting. When inorganic clay passes through the organic form of wire netting, it creates an expression to clay immediately. The expression that is portrayed of the clay through the structure of wire netting has a lively image to it. The lively image I want to portray is not limited to the eye, as it can be interpreted in many ways if the texture is included. Through this piece, my wish is for the audience to realize the preciousness of "life" one more time.
