나는 욕망, 고통, 긴장, 욕정, 취약성 등과 같은 감정을 포착하여 이를 작품을 통하여 보여주고자 노력한다. 이런 감정들을 무정형의 평면적 조각작품으로 재탄생 시킴으로써 인간 형태의 경계를 확장시키고 탐구하려 노력한다. 나는 관람객들에게 나의 작품을 가까이 자세히 보면서 시각적인 매력과 불편함을 느껴 보기를 권한다.

With my sculptures, I try to capture emotions such as: desire, pain, tension, physical lust, and vulnerability. By recreating these into amorphous two-dimensional bodily sculptures, I try to push and explore the borders of the human form. I invite the viewer to have a close look at the works and create a feeling of visual attraction and discomfort.
