흔히 말하기를 어떤 사람 또는 어떤 사물은 단단한 뿌리를 가지고 있다고 한다. 점토를 가지고 작업하는 사람에게는 자신의 손이 뿌리가 된다. 손을 통하여 점토로부터 에너지를 추출한다. 손은 그에게 작업을 하게 하고 작업을 지속할 수 있게 한다. 시켜준다. 매일 끊임없이 작업을 하면 손이라는 뿌리가 작가를 강하게 만들며 작가의 창의력을 개발시켜 준다.
It is often said that someone or something has strong roots. If you work with clay, your hands are your roots. It is through your hands that you draw energy out of clay, they supply and feed your work.. Only through everyday practice, these roots can bring strength to the development of your creativity.
