우리는 대량생산된 제품들로 둘러싸여 있다. 심지어는 건축가와 디자이너까지도 자동화 시스템에 의존하고 있다. 나는 실제로 우리가 어떻게 스스로의 힘만을 사용하여 무엇인가를 창조할 수 있는가에 대하여 고민한다. 이에 대한 답을 찾기 위한 노력의 일환으로 기계화된 세상을 상징하며 선입관념에 지배되어 있는 오브제에 초점을 둔 작품들을 통해 산업 과정을 탐구한다.
We are surrounded by manufactured products. Even architects and designers are little more than executors of automated structures. I really wonder how we can actually create something ourselves. That is why I research industrial processes in my work, focusing on the execution of preconceived objects that signify this mechanical world.
