나의 창작 의도는 작품을 대중에게 보여주고 이들이 조형물의 모든 세부적인 내용들을 경험하게 유도하여 도자기가 시간을 화석화하는 재료라는 것을 인식하게 만드는 것이다. 나는 이번 전시가 전 세계 다른 지역에서 활동하는 작가들과 같이 일하게 될 기회가 되기를 바란다. 그 들과 점토 속에서 생명을 포착하고 그 흔적을 동물, 타일, 또는 상이한 문화적 상징성이 있는 형태로 변형시키는 작업을 같이 할 수 있는 가능성을 열어 주기를 바란다.
The goal is to show the work to a large public and make them experience the presence of all details in the sculptures and make them aware of the qualities of ceramics as a material to create fossilizsations of life in time. I hope it opens up possibilities to work in other places in the world to work together and capture life in clay and transform the imprints in animals, tiles, or different cultural symbolic shapes.
