In the 7th GIC Biennale, to be held in 2013, we seek to create a new trend of ceramic art in the contemporary art scene where the boundaries among genres are destructed. What we regard as the most important is to perpetuate the GICBiennale. In order to establish the biennale held in the three cities of Icheon, Gwangju and Yeoju as a new cultural event of the times, all three venues are being recreated as theme tourist attractions about the future of ceramic art.
